Agree strongly that people should take their workers out of the office. I think this is important to all workers, not just Gen Y. My older co-workers always enjoyed when we held picnic table lunch meetings. One time, our small group had a limo pick us up and we went to Atlantic City for dinner, gambling, and drinks…. it was an amazing night out with my team.
