I work with 3-5 teams at a time as a fractional VP of Community to help you develop a winning community strategy.

I pull from 13 years of experience building companies, launching communities, and leading community teams. Clients get to tap into my complete library of templates, worksheets, and processes, as well as my vast network of community experts.

I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, from pre-product startups to large enterprises, including Google, Meta, Yelp, Prenda, Waze, Sphero, and Shopify.

Clients are generally at one of two stages:

  1. Launching a new community program and function
  2. Scaling and optimizing existing community programs

Clients are guided through all three levels of community strategy:

  1. Business level – defining the business objectives and key results that community will drive
  2. Community level – conducting member discovery and designing community experiments and experiences
  3. Tactical level – mapping out the project plan and day-to-day work required to execute on the strategy
